Arrielle Delfin Polk is a third-generation Latina whose great grandparents immigrated from Mexico. Arrielle was born and raised in California’s Central Valley with roots in the Bay Area. Arrielle received her Associates degree and transferred to California State University Long Beach, earning a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Certificate in Urban Studies. Arrielle’s background in housing, sales and customer service, is well suited for supporting the various administrative functions of ESO Ventures as the organization's Administrative Assistant. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and as a small business owner herself, Arrielle is committed to entrepreneurship for Black and Brown communities and believes in the importance of representation of people of color in the business space.
