Detroit born and bred, Ashley is ESO’s Senior Director of the Capital in the Community Fund. She is an experienced and altruistic financing program architect, having worked in alternative, fintech, and traditional lending environments for the past 15 years. She served as a Managing Director at the Accounting Aid Society, Director of Operations and Lending for the Detroit Development Fund, and most recently was the Vice President of JPMorgan Chase’s Advancing Black Pathways Program.  Ashley joined ESO to ideate, formulate, and deploy financing to our network of members as affordably and efficiently as possible.
