Marion, an East Coast native, is a results-oriented leader with a profound commitment to advancing economic mobility for underserved communities. Over the course of her 12-year career, she has worked at the intersection of education, social impact, workforce development, and venture capital, forging strategic partnerships and accelerating initiatives that prioritize equitable programming. Most recently she worked at All Raise & Kapor Capital, where she supported underrepresented early stage founders from creating their first pitch deck to operationalizing their startup. As the EEE & ReEntry Program Manager at ESO, Marion plays a pivotal role in advancing the ESO's mission while supporting and meeting the needs of entrepreneurs. Outside of work Marion maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying road and mountain biking, traveling and breaking bread with loved ones.
