Munirah Mullen, preferred name Nia, is a native Detroiter, currently based in Metro-Atlanta.  Nia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience relative to overseeing program related investments, small business lending and technical assistance programs.  Prior to joining ESO, Nia served for over 15 years in the CDFI space where she was instrumental in writing and managing well over $30 million in capital.  Nia is passionate about creating and improving programs that benefit marginalized and underserved communities, with a strong focus on empowering black and brown entrepreneurs.
