With roots on both the East Coast and the West Coast, Wesley is passionate about curating an ecosystem of access and wellness - entrepreneurially, professionally, and personally - in underinvested communities. Wesley serves as the Head of Economic Development Partnerships at ESO Ventures, where he leads the nationwide expansion of entrepreneurial infrastructure to drive inclusive economic mobility.  Before joining ESO Ventures, Wesley launched and served as the CEO of CoBiz Richmond - an inter-generational business incubator and resource hub serving start-ups, small businesses, non-profits, creatives, students, and the community. Prior to CoBiz, Wesley managed over $500 million in budgets and strategic initiatives for Fortune 60 ventures and served his country as a FBI Special Agent. Driven by a commitment to economic empowerment and human potential, Wesley is passionate about helping individuals and communities thrive through entrepreneurship, infrastructure-building, social capital activation, and collaboration.
