Gisela, a native of the Bay Area,  has spent the last 15+ years working in the community economic development, social impact and startup tech space. Gisela considers herself a community organizer at heart, having worked in mobilizing communities personally and professionally in predominantly black and brown neighborhoods. Prior to joining ESO, Gisela worked at gener8tor, a startup incubator and supported over 1000+ entrepreneurs while building sustainable systems and communities to help entrepreneurs grow.
