For the last 15 years, Sabrina has worked at the intersection of community development, social impact entrepreneurship and startup tech.  Raised in her family's drycleaner, she is passionate about supporting small businesses and driving upward economic mobility for the communities who need it most.  As Senior Director of Programs, Sabrina ensures that ESO's incubator programs are inclusive, scalable and meet the real-time needs of 300+ high-growth Black & Brown early-stage entrepreneurs. Prior to ESO, Sabrina worked in DEI at Google and Facebook, developing inclusive coaching programs to support Black and Brown Directors & VPs. As Founder & CEO of The Town Kitchen, Sabrina leveraged venture capital to scale a mission-driven startup and drive economic opportunity for The Town Kitchen's ReEntry and foster youth workforce.  Sabrina is an ab540 student, certified executive coach and proud graduate of UC Berkeley.
