Originally from Long Beach, CA and deeply rooted in Oakland/the Bay Area for nearly two decades,  Sascha is a mission-driven people connector, strategist, and entrepreneur. At ESO, Sascha is the Capital in the Community Fund’s Entrepreneur Success Manager. . Prior to ESO, they had a 10+ year career in academia supporting students to  build leadership skills through co-curricular activities and programs. They received their MA  in Management from Mills College with a focus in Marketing and are deeply invested in closing the racial wealth gap for Black and Brown entrepreneurs. Sascha is a lover of animals and also runs a dog-walking company.
